Visitor tracking and analytics

Driven by data
We install the software needed to track visitors to your website, create the targets to be tracked and a view of the analytics data.
What is visitor monitoring, and what does it do?
Visitor tracking is the process of collecting and analysing information about the behaviour of website visitors. It includes information such as:
How do the users arrive on the site?
Which sites do they visit?
Which actions drive key objectives, such as purchasing decisions or contacts?
This data helps us understand user needs, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and optimise marketing strategies and website performance.
Pillars of analytics: collecting, processing and visualising data
We chew the data generated by visitor tracking for you. You get clear reports that support your goals, with suggestions for improvement to support your decision-making – effortlessly.
Data collecting
There are free and paid solutions for collecting analytics data from a website, from which you can choose the most appropriate one. For example, Google offers free options for tracking (Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console), and services such as heatmap data and recordings for behavioural tracking, or tracking codes for advertising channels (such as Meta Pixel) can be installed on your website.
Data processing
Raw data as such does not tell the whole story, but can and should be chewed, filtered and segmented. Tracking objectives, or conversions, can be defined to suit the site and the business objectives. Other events can also be defined for tracking on the site. Attribution modelling helps to understand how the marketing channels work together in the conversion path.
Data visualisation
For reporting purposes, we can implement a dashboard in Google Looker Studio, where you can bring up essential analytics data in an easy-to-follow, visual and automatically updated format.
